Course Overview
This Purposeful Leadership training course explains the “why” of leadership and should be a guiding light that provides clarity and direction when dealing with the complex situations that come with leadership. Unfortunately, leaders sometimes find themselves in circumstances where their leadership role is detached from their purpose, making it difficult to lead with the passion, drive, and engagement needed to demonstrate their best selves. However, when a leader is in a role that aligns with their core purpose, they can maximize their effort, intellect, emotional and social intelligence and achieve outstanding results.
A leader’s key role is to create energy and momentum especially when circumstances are volatile. It is then that leaders need to help others see the possibilities and potential, create energy, inspiration, and hope. Great leaders understand that a clear and meaningful purpose is the foundation for authenticity, motivation, and well-being throughout their leadership journey. DAY 3: Social & Emotional Intelligence
- Why is social & emotional intelligence so important
- Using your left and right brain
- Mental adaptability to handling problems
- Conflict resolution & handling pressure with EQ
- Leading with empathy
- Ways to build trust
DAY 4: Communication: The Art of Leadership
- Self-awareness: understanding your strengths and challenges
- Psychometrics: the art of personal profiling
- Connecting: Gaining rapport and building credibility
- Consulting: Effective questioning and listening skills
- Ways to be more convincing and overcoming conflict
- Negotiating agreement and getting a win-win

Certificates
- On successful completion of this training course, GLOMACS Certificate will be awarded to the delegates
- Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE) : In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsor, one CPE credit is granted per 50 minutes of attendance
Accreditation
GLOMACS is registered with NASBA as a sponsor of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. NASBA have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
All Training Seminars delivered by GLOMACS by default are eligible for CPE Credit.
