Throughout this training course, participants will explore essential topics such as stakeholder management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), effective communication, decision-making and problem-solving techniques, as well as critical thinking and creativity.
By the end of this training course, delegates will be equipped with the skills to identify and engage stakeholders effectively, overcome communication barriers, and apply structured methods like CATWOE and force-field analysis for problem-solving and decision-making. They will also learn to utilize models such as the Vroom-Jago Decision Model, apply creativity and disruptive innovation principles, and use tools like B-SWOT for career planning. Certificates
- On successful completion of this training course, GLOMACS Certificate will be awarded to the delegates
- Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE) : In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsor, one CPE credit is granted per 50 minutes of attendance

NASBA have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
